Why this market
Dutch administratiekantoren sit at the centre of the economy. Several hundred thousand entrepreneurs depend on them for their accounts, payroll, tax filings and, in practice, most of their financial judgement.
That position is under pressure from three directions at once. Compliance obligations — Wwft above all — keep expanding, and the cost of meeting them properly does not scale down to a ten-person firm. Technology is changing what clients expect and what a good practice looks like, and the investment required is beyond most independents. And the labour market is tight: a generation of owners is approaching retirement with no internal successor and no obvious buyer.
Scale answers all three. A group can carry a compliance function, a technology roadmap and a career path that no individual firm can carry alone.
What we offer sellers
You keep your name. Each firm trades under its own brand, with its culture and client relationships intact.
Your people get more, not less. Training, progression, specialist support and colleagues to call. Retention after acquisition is one of the numbers we watch most closely.
A real answer, early. We are direct about price and structure from the start.
